Send this to your group chat and pick your 4×400 relay squad. Each teammate runs one 400-meter lap, passing the baton until the last runner brings it home. Bragging rights on the line. Run hard, get loud for your teammates, and pick your anchor carefully.

The event will consist of four heats, with 20–25 athletes competing in each heat on the outdoor track. While automatic timing will not be available, each finisher’s time will be recorded and compared across all four heats to determine the fastest athlete of the day.

THE FASTEST GROUP CHAT WINS.

After the first athlete completes their 400 meters, they will hand off the baton to the next teammate. This continues until all four athletes have completed their leg of the relay.
